Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and system diagnostics on enterprise equipment
- Assist with network cabling, rack deployments, and equipment installations
- Document operational procedures and create incident reports
- Collaborate with remote teams during system updates and maintenance windows
- Conduct routine environmental checks (temperature, humidity, power)
- Support disaster recovery simulations and security audits
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
- Experience with Linux/Windows Server administration preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
