As an Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our data integrity and supporting our operations during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and auditing of client records.
- Assist the night team with database management and software updates.
- Verify and reconcile inventory lists and financial entries.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift supervisors regarding discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols.
- Help identify process improvements to enhance night shift efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high typing accuracy.
- Basic understanding of database concepts is preferred but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
