Responsibilities
- Monitor data systems and logs during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform high-volume data entry, cleaning, and verification tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Assist the IT department with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for management review.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and databases.
- Respond to overnight tickets and support tickets with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
