Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and processing tasks during the night shift.
- Verify and audit incoming data to ensure 99.9% accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Generate weekly performance reports on data volume and quality metrics.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to our new cloud-based systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security standards.
