Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks with high precision during off-peak hours.
- Assist the night shift team in troubleshooting basic technical issues and reporting anomalies.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize nightly workflow processes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming data reports.
- Support the training of junior staff members during night shift rotations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, specifically during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a 24/7 environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of data analytics or IT concepts is a plus.
