Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident response during night shifts
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure optimization projects using AWS/Azure
- Assist in cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Contribute to automation script development for operational efficiency
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning and retrospectives
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Linux, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines preferred
