Responsibilities
- Support data analysis and reporting during night shift operations
- Assist with system monitoring and troubleshooting in 24/7 IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on night shift projects
- Document technical processes and create operational guides
- Participate in nightly system maintenance and updates
- Contribute to incident response and resolution protocols
- Shadow senior engineers during critical off-peak operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of IT systems or data analysis concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to commit to 20-25 hours/week for 3+ months
- Valid driver's license (for occasional late-night equipment transport)
- Must arrange college credit through your academic institution
