Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during overnight hours, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Analyze performance metrics and generate daily operational reports
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Participate in weekly technology workshops and training sessions
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), 3-4 days per week
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and system administration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems
