Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during overnight hours, ensuring system uptime and performance
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for operational efficiency improvements

- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols
- Support hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Availability to work 4-5 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
