Responsibilities
- Execute nightly system maintenance and cybersecurity protocols for enterprise software infrastructure
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during off-peak hours using diagnostic tools
- Document operational procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on after-hours deployment projects
- Monitor network performance and generate nightly performance reports
- Participate in rotational shadowing with senior engineers
- Contribute to innovation sprints focused on process optimization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with official transcript available for credit verification
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals and operating systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (minimum 15 hours)
