Responsibilities
- Support patient intake processes and documentation during overnight hours
- Assist with medical inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications for emergency protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and report abnormalities to nursing staff
- Perform data entry for electronic health records systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for overnight care
- Shadow senior staff during critical procedures and emergencies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in healthcare-related program (Medical Assistant, Nursing, Health Admin, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
