Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Monitor network security operations and respond to alerts
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles

- Conduct regular hardware diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited IT/Computer Science program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) during summer/fall
