Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and end-user devices

- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
