Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Assist in the real-time monitoring of digital platforms and reporting any anomalies or technical glitches to the senior team.
- Data Management: Organize and process incoming data sets with a focus on accuracy and efficiency during the overnight shift.
- Customer Support: Provide tier-one support to clients via chat and email, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift logs and performance reports highlighting key metrics and operational status.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist in the inventory tracking of overnight equipment and supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly briefings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete any additional administrative duties assigned by the shift supervisor to support business continuity.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating web-based applications.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous part-time or academic roles.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
