Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during night operations.Assist in data entry and database management tasks.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.Conduct SEO research and keyword analysis to optimize digital content.Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure 24/7 operational excellence.Update project documentation and internal knowledge bases.Assist in preparing weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.Strong interest in IT, SEO, or Customer Support.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.Willingness to work rotating night schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
