Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain overnight system operations, ensuring 99.9% uptime for client infrastructure
- Perform security vulnerability scans and incident response procedures during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues and implement system patches
- Generate daily performance reports and automate data analysis workflows
- Support disaster recovery simulations and documentation updates
- Participate in agile sprint retrospectives and contribute to product roadmap discussions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration and networking fundamentals
