Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs during overnight hours to ensure maximum uptime.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and entry of large volumes of data into the CRM and database systems.
- Respond to technical support tickets and email inquiries from internal teams with prompt and accurate solutions.
- Perform routine security checks and software updates during low-traffic periods.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless handover of operational status and pending issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
