Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during overnight hours
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile development sprints (standups, retrospectives)
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues with on-call support
- Assist with security compliance audits and reporting
- Shadow senior engineers during complex deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Must maintain 3.0+ GPA (transcripts required)
