Responsibilities
- Support nightly operational workflows and system monitoring
- Assist with data analysis and reporting during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Document processes and optimize night shift protocols
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage as needed
- Shadow senior staff for technical skill development
- Contribute to innovation workshops during quiet periods
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
