Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff
- Document daily activities, incidents, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams via communication tools for seamless handovers
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to understand full operational workflows
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives during shift briefings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field)
- Availability for consistent night shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous internship or customer service experience preferred
