Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment during night shifts
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and data analysis projects
- Document daily operations and prepare shift reports for management review
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Logistics, Business, Operations, or related degree
- Availability to work night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or supply chain concepts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
