Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and maintenance during night shifts
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Analyze data trends and generate actionable reports for leadership
- Participate in nightly deployments and system optimization tasks
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Test and troubleshoot software components in staging environments
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (minimum 3 nights/week)
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote team settings
