Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations monitoring and system maintenance during night shifts
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using SQL and Python

- Respond to off-hour technical tickets and user inquiries
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for at least 20 hours/week during Summer/Fall 2024
