Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations through system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables
- Document processes and create technical documentation for future reference
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for operational improvements

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field)
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM, 4 days/week)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must start between June-September 2023
