Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols in compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and patch deployments
- Perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support cross-departmental IT initiatives during off-peak hours
- Participate in rotational shadowing across DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams
- Generate performance analytics reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows server environments
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote team setting
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
