Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting incoming support tickets.
- Perform routine data entry, verification, and database maintenance tasks.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on software releases.
- Document processes and create reports for the day shift leadership team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data accurately.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
