Responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts and performance metrics during the night shift to ensure uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and status updates in our ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues and ensure continuity.
- Conduct routine database maintenance and security checks.
- Assist in the deployment of patches and software updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a night environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for the night commute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
