Responsibilities
- Monitor System Performance: Track system alerts and server health during night shifts to ensure continuous uptime.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems reported by clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional support to customers via chat and email.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to hand over ongoing tickets and updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest optimizations.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0 required to receive college credit.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and the internet.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Must reside in or near Boston, MA (with coverage extending to Georgia remote support as needed).
