Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations through night shift coverage (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
- Assist in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Participate in sprint reviews and daily stand-ups
- Contribute to code reviews and quality assurance processes
- Develop technical skills through hands-on project assignments
- Track metrics and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Available for 3+ night shifts weekly (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the US
