Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring during night shifts
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)

- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall term
