Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance during evening and overnight hours.
- Assist in data entry, processing, and verification of high-volume datasets.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on assigned projects and deliverables.
- Support the technical team in maintaining software and hardware integrity.
- Document processes and log technical issues accurately in the internal knowledge base.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start between Summer 2024 and Fall 2024.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
