Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems, servers, and network infrastructure during night operations.
- Assist the technical support team in diagnosing and resolving escalated client tickets.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patches.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and potential issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless night-time operations.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking concepts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Availability to work 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift).
