As part of our night operations team, you will assist in monitoring systems, resolving technical tickets, and supporting our internal clients during non-business hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance during night shifts.
- Respond to technical support tickets and user inquiries via email and chat.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform basic software installations and updates.
- Assist in data entry and administrative tasks related to project management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical support and system administration.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (for entry-level roles).
