Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during night shift operations
- Collaborate on agile development sprints for enterprise software solutions
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in cross-functional team stand-ups and retrospectives
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization tasks
- Assist with security audits and compliance documentation
- Support incident response and troubleshooting during off-peak hours
- Present project findings to technical leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
