What You'll Do:
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and self-starters. As an intern, you will assist with various operational tasks that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and database management with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Monitor system dashboards and alert the senior team to any anomalies or technical discrepancies.
- Generate and compile daily operational reports for management review.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital filing systems and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support night-time workflow processes.
- Conduct research and assist in the preparation of internal documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
