Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance logs during night operations.
- Assist in the collection and entry of daily data into secure databases.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on software applications.
- Communicate technical issues and status updates to the day shift team.
- Support the deployment of nightly software patches and updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
