Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during overnight hours
- Collaborate with global teams on software testing and quality assurance
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for client projects
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate critical problems to senior engineers
- Complete assigned training modules and skill development exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Summer/Fall 2024 graduates welcome)
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid student ID and authorization to work in the US
