Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams overnight to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist the night operations team with technical troubleshooting and basic IT support.
- Perform routine data entry tasks with a focus on speed and precision.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift leads to ensure seamless project continuity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (High School Diploma/GED accepted for part-time roles).
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
