Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining our digital infrastructure during night shifts.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for web applications and internal tools.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and operational logs.
- Analyze user feedback and report technical issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure 24/7 system uptime.
- Perform basic data entry and research tasks to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
