Responsibilities

- Conduct research on emerging industry trends to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and workflows in our central database.
- Support quality assurance initiatives by reviewing outputs against established standards.
- Participate in nightly team briefings and training sessions to develop professional soft skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or High School diploma program.
- Demonstrated eligibility to receive college credit for internship participation.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic data analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
