Responsibilities
- Monitor & Analyze: Oversee nightly operational reports and system performance metrics to ensure 100% uptime and accuracy.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and empathetic support to clients during peak night hours via chat, email, and phone.
- Data Management: Assist the night operations team with data entry, file organization, and database maintenance.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and problem resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency within the night shift operations and propose data-driven solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all nightly procedures adhere to company security policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Academic Credit: Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Schedule: Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating web-based software.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and professional work ethic.
