Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal software systems during evening operations.
- Provide technical support and customer service to clients via chat and email.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of daily performance data.
- Collaborate with the Virginia-based remote team to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical procedures and issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required for night commute.
