Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team in monitoring system performance and resolving issues during night shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain internal documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and generate daily reports for leadership review.
- Support the QA team in testing software applications and identifying bugs.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
