Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal communication channels and reporting systems during the evening shift.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and maintenance of accurate digital records.
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients via phone and email.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on completed tasks to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, IT, or Communications preferred).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM or 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
