Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system operations during night shifts to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting for the evening operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all nightly activities and system alerts.
- Support the execution of software updates and maintenance tasks in the evening.
- Conduct routine quality checks on deliverables to ensure high standards.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift supervisors to hand over critical information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (IT, Business, or related field preferred).
- Availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for shift commutes.
