Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for SEO campaigns during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the screening and scheduling of candidates for morning interviews.
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and competitor strategies.
- Update job boards and company websites with fresh listings.
- Organize digital archives and manage CRM databases.
- Generate weekly reports on recruitment funnels and content performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong interest in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
