Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident resolution during night shifts
- Collaborate with senior engineers on software development and testing cycles
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Assist in automating workflows using scripting languages
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Learn and implement DevOps practices for continuous integration/deployment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Computer Science/IT preferred)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
