Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets during evening hours.
- Assist in data entry, record management, and database maintenance.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct routine system checks to maintain operational stability.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our night-time client base.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university (Students Welcome).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict schedules.
