Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system logs and performance metrics during night operations.
- Assist the team in resolving technical issues and customer inquiries via ticketing systems.
- Perform routine data entry and database verification to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift workflows.
- Document daily procedures and create operational summaries.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote-like setting.
- Willingness to adapt to a 24/7 operational environment.
