Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure systems during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams on software deployment and troubleshooting
- Document technical processes and create incident reports
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Support cybersecurity protocols and system vulnerability assessments
- Assist in data analysis and performance optimization projects
- Train on proprietary monitoring tools and automation platforms
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited university program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Availability for 4-night/week schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
